Hialeah, FL / March 29, 2014 – Hialeah Park Casino is proud to announce that the iconic venue will televise the Saturday May 3, 2014 championship fight between Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Marcos Madiana from the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.

The title bout and the undercard fights will be shown in Hialeah Park’s famed Flamingo Lounge, with a bar menu and drink specials available to all fans in attendance.

The invincible Mayweather, now 37 years old, will take his perfect (45-0, 26 KOs) record into his 23rd world title fight against the 30-year-old Madiana (35-3, 31 KOs) with two titles –the WBC Welterweight crown and the WBC Super World Welterweight crown– on the line.

Mayweather has not been in the ring since September of 2013 when he scored a majority decision over Saul Alvarez to win the WBC Light Middleweight title and the WBC Super World Light Middleweight crown.

Madiana’s last fight was in December of 2013 when registered a unanimous decision over Adrien Broner to claim the WBA World Welterweight title.
