MIAMI, FL – September 20, 2013 – Hialeah Park Casino, “The World’s Most Beautiful Race Course” and South Florida’s newest state-of-the-art gaming and entertainment facility, announced today the inaugural fall lineup for its “Salsa Under the Stars” and “Jazz in the Park” concert series, complimentary public events featuring tropical Latin and Jazz headliners Roberto Torres, Los 3 de la Habana, Tito Puente Jr., Albita and many more.

It is part of Hialeah Park’s historic mission to bring thrill and recreation to all those who visit our facilities,” said John Brunetti Jr., president of Hialeah Park Casino. “Delivering free, top-notch entertainment to our patrons provides us the opportunity to make Hialeah Park a hub for tropical music in South Florida.”

Each Friday night at 11 p.m., guests can enjoy dancing to the live, Latin rhythms of Salsa Under the Stars. Tonight, Tito Puente Jr., son of legendary mambo musician Tito Puente, performs with his orchestra, continuing his father’s indelible legacy.

On Sundays at 5 p.m., casino and park guests are welcome to experience Jazz in the Park, a gathering featuring the area’s smoothest jazz artists. Performances will take place at the newly constructed stage located in the beautiful Fountain Terrace outside of the casino.

Casino guests can also enjoy the downtempo vibes of various solo artists playing live in the Flamingo Lounge on Thursdays and Sundays from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 p.m. to 2 p.m. Happy hour specials and excellent bar food featuring Kobe beef sliders and a variety of appetizers, are available.

Additionally, college and pro football games will be televised on flat screens throughout the casino. Also available is simulcasting action in the clubhouse (Wednesday through Sunday only, East 4th Ave entrance) and casino (7 days a week, East 32nd Street entrance).
