Trainer Judd Kearl & Jockey Rodrigo Vallejo Combine On Filly’s 3rd Career Tally,
Louisiana-bred Going Best At Wire To Score By Neck Over Cme Leaving You

Hialeah, FL / February 1, 2015 – The three-year-old filly Jess A Rogue, ridden by Rodrigo Vallejo and trained by Judd Kearl for owner/breeder Triple M Farms, bested Cme Leaving You by a neck to win Sunday’s featured $28,000 Biscayne Stakes at Hialeah Park.

Jess A Rogue, a Louisiana-bred by Heza Fast Dash out of the Mr Jess Perry mare Miss Jess Rogue, notched her second career stakes victory and her 3rd tally in her 6th lifetime start. She ran the 250 yards of the Biscayne Stakes in 13.310 seconds. The win was worth $16,800 and it enabled the filly to boost her career earnings to $67,147.

The final order of finish in the 2015 Biscayne Stakes was: Jess A Rogue, Cme Leaving You, Eat The Fish, Rockin Dynasty, Scandalia, String Bet, Jessie Jr First Down, Streakin Lil Chick, and Game Rita.

Hialeah Park closes out Super Bowl weekend with a 10-race program on Monday afternoon, with first post –as always– at 12:35 PM. The rescheduled Tallahassee Stakes, for three-year-olds and up at 220 yards, will be the feature event of the day and has been carded as the eighth race.

Seven of the 8 runners who were in the starting gate Sunday January 25, when an equipment malfunction forced the stewards to declare the race a “no contest,” are scheduled to compete this time around. From the rail, they are: Jess A Corona, Scream N Eagle, Way Down Town, Sweet N Salty, Dream Ride, Miss Southern Dd, and Oh My Gol Sis.

Hialeah Park Racing & Casino, with entrances at 100 East 32nd Street and 2200 East 4th Avenue, is easily accessible from all major Miami highways and conveniently located just minutes by car from Miami International Airport, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, and Doral.
