Here’s Help And University Of Miami Woman’s Cancer Association Will Benefit;
Louis Amanti And Orchestra Highlight Entertainment At Festive Charity Ball


Hialeah, FL / December 1, 2015 – The iconic Citation Ballroom is once again “the place to be” on New Year’s Eve, December 31, as Hialeah Park Racing & Casino hosts its 3rd Annual New Year’s Eve Charity Ball. Proceeds will benefit rehabilitation agency Here’s Help and the Woman’s Cancer Association of the University of Miami.

Louis Amanti and his orchestra will highlight the entertainment portion of the festive gala, which will include a gourmet dinner, music and dancing, a champagne celebration at midnight, and casino gaming. The charity ball will begin at 8:30 PM  on Thursday, December 31 with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and the start of the silent auction.

The 24-year-old Amanti, considered by fans and critics alike as an exceptionally talented and  fast-rising crooner, has established a strong and loyal following around the world with his charisma and unique voice.

“I’m privileged to have the opportunity to perform at this special event,” Amanti said. “My ambition is to bring back the essence, style, and grace of the Swing era. New Year’s Eve and Hialeah Park is a perfect combination!”

“As an alumnus of the University of Miami and a long time supporter of Here’s Help, I am delighted to be able to assist these fine organizations with another opportunity to bring their message to the public and raise needed funds,” said John Brunetti, Sr., Chairman of the Board of Hialeah Park Racing & Casino.

Here’s Help, Inc. is a non-profit, comprehensive rehabilitation agency that caters to inner-city adolescents with substance dependency and addiction in Miami-Dade County. Founded in 1968, Here’s Help has become one of Miami-Dade County’s most important providers of residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment, serving an average of 500 adolescents and young adults (starting at the age of 13) annually.

The Woman’s Cancer Association of the University of Miami has a long history of raising funds to support the cancer research doctors of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Since its beginning in 1959, the association has raised over $12,000,000, provided funds for the Pediatric Palliative Care Program, established the Bereavement Room for families of pediatric cancer patients, and supplied educational materials for the library at the Batchelor Children’s Cancer Institute.
