The Bartender is responsible for providing the patrons with excellent service in a timely manner, and to assist the servers with orders to assure quality guest service and provide patrons with a favorable gaming experience. Must be able to work any shift including weekends, holidays, evenings, after 12 midnight and holidays.

The Busser is responsible and accountable for bussing all pertinent tableware to the kitchen.  The Busser is also responsible for running the food from the kitchen to any Food & Beverage venue. Responsible for re-stocking the bars as needed.  Must be able to work any shift including weekends, holidays, evenings, after 12 midnight and holidays.

The Security Officer ensures the safety and protection of Hialeah Park’s patrons, employees, and assets in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Security D License required, and previous experience as a Security Officer preferred. Must be able to work any shift including weekends, holidays, evenings, after 12 midnight and holidays.

Responsible for vigilance in observing all areas of the property, particularly those designated as gaming or wagering, utilizing the Company’s surveillance resources and reporting all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and after 12 midnight shifts.
