The Busser/Barback is responsible for providing the bar area with supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that helps assure that the guests will have a favorable gaming experience. Additional responsibilities: delivering food to the customers, bussing all pertinent tableware to the kitchen and ensuring consistent product quality as well as quantity. The F&B Supervisor monitors and supervises the daily operations of the dining rooms and bars. The incumbent ensures staff provides patrons and visitors have a pleasant dining experience. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, evenings, overnight shifts.

Meet and greet Poker customers, answer telephone, provides information to guests regarding games, tournaments and current promotions. Responsible for controlling the poker game at his/her table and for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction and increased player rated play. Poker Dealers also assist with tournaments and promotions.  Minimum two years of experience preferred.
