The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest service and favorable gaming experience. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, evenings and overnight shifts.

The Security Officer ensures the safety and protection of Hialeah Park’s patrons, employees, and assets in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Security D License required, and previous experience as a Security Officer preferred. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, evenings and after 12 midnight shifts.
